Bluetooth problem!!!! help please!!

plzz help me.. my km555 bluetooth doesnt working anymore.. it started when my cellphone has been rebooted, because it hanged up and doesnt on anymore... when the time it has been reformat,, it cant connect to other devices,, it cannot detect other devices and vice versa, it cant detect by other devices.. can you help me to configure what the problem is? actually my phone is lgkm555e, and now the software in my cellphone is for lgkm555 v10.k? is this alright?

its visible.. ummm.. it cant detect other bluetooth device.. i think there must be something wrong with the bluetooth itself,, but how can this be happen.. the technician doesnt open my device when he reboot it.. what do you think? where is the problem? in the software or the hardware?
