@jorel: i believe u hav installed all apps, but make it sure that the batery,sim,and sd card are rem0ved,and the ph0ne is n0t yet c0nected via usb cable. When the UTILS say to c0nect ph0ne,0nly then you wil c0nect the usb cable to the pc. I g0t the same pr0b b4,so i h0pe it can help.
