i also get that error but i figured out what is my mistake its the kdz file when im downloading the file my internet connection got lost so i download it again therefore instead of v10k_00.kdz the file becomes v10k_00(2).kdz coz the the first file was unfinishso i erase the first and rename it ...so be sure that the kdz file has no other extension it must be v10K_00.kdz or v10D_00.kdz and be sure you filled up all the needed part it must be 2 clicks for every part..hope it will help..
