I have experienced this error before. The error is in the CUST_THEME file. You have to extract CUST from firmware or use other CUST_THEME. I will upload a Blank CUST_THEME tomorrow. Here's what you have to do:

Open your CUST_THEME on winimage
select lgapp folder. Right click on it and select extract.
On the pop-up window click browse and select desktop.
Click "extract with path names"
Extract your files there.
Download the blank CUST_THEME (http://www.mediafire.com/?7ijb03b247cemuo).
Open it on winimage.
Drag and drop your lgapp folder you extracted (on the desktop.)
Save.
Put it on your drive c. and send to your clubby.
