add access point name it any name  you want. (say "nico")

connection title: nico
bearer: gprs
authentication: no auth
APN: http.globe.com.ph
save

back to connectivity

select internet profiles
add profile

Title: nico
use proxy: turn it on
proxy server address: 10.201.0.0
scroll and select proxy server port (do this because you can't save it, wrong ip error)
proxy server port: 80
access point: the one you've made in access point. (nico)
save

back to connectivity again
Java setting>profile
add profile
Title: nico
Internet profile: the one you've made (nico)
save/activate

set this also in your default browser (optional, Magic IP is working on default phone browser)
menu>browser>setting>profiles>add profile
title: nico
homepage: http://globe.com.ph
internet profile: the one you've made. nico
